COICT is located within the University of Dar es Salaam main campus, adjacent to the College of Engineering and Technology.
Parking Information
Visitor parking is available at the main parking lot near the COICT building. Please obtain a visitor parking permit from the security desk.

The college is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Library Hours
The COICT library is open Monday through Saturday. Extended hours are available during examination periods.
