Graduation Schedule

The university will hold multiple graduation ceremonies across different clusters:

Cluster I Graduation

• Date: Tuesday, 18th November 2025
• Participants: Undergraduate awards from Colleges of Natural and Applied Sciences (CoNAS), Humanities and Social Sciences (CoHSS), Computing and Information Technology (CoICT), Social Work (SoMG), Information and Communication Studies (SJMC), Business Studies (UDBS), and Institute of Marine Sciences (IMS)

Cluster II Graduation

• Date: Thursday, 20th November 2025
• Participants: Undergraduate awards from College of Agriculture and Forestry (CoAF), College of Engineering and Technology (CoET), College of Social Sciences (CoSS), University of Dar es Salaam School of Education (UDSE), School of Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Technology (SoAF), University of Dar es Salaam School of Law (UDSoL), School of Economics (SoED), Institute of Development Studies (IDS), and University of Dar es Salaam School of Medicine-Mloganzila Campus (UDSM-MKMC)

Mbeya University College of Health and Allied Sciences (MUCHS)

• Date: Wednesday, 26th November 2025
• Participants: All undergraduate and postgraduate awards

Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE)

• Date: Saturday, 29th November 2025
• Participants: All undergraduate and postgraduate awards

Cluster IV Graduation

• Date: Monday, 1st December 2025
• Participants: All postgraduate and undergraduate awards from UDSM-MBEYA, UDSM-MWALIMU NYERERE INSTITUTE (UDSM-MNI), and other undergraduates who did not complete their studies on time for various reasons

Important Notes

The graduation dates have been amended from the previously announced schedule, as indicated in the official communication from the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic).

All principals, deans, and directors have been notified of these changes to ensure proper coordination for the ceremonies.

The ceremonies will mark the culmination of academic achievements for thousands of students across various disciplines at Tanzania's premier university.
