Mr Twahiri Kiobya is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the College of Information and Communication Technologies. He has an MSc degree in Applied Computer Technologies from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan China (2012) and a BSc degree in Software Engineering from Donghua University in Shanghai China (2009). Currently, Mr Kiobya is pursuing a PhD in Computer science in the field of Machine Learning at Donghua University in Shanghai China.

In addition to his PhD research, other research areas Mr Kiobya is interested in include Computer Networks, Algorithm Design and Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, Graph theory and Deep learning.
