Ms. Hajra Faki Ali is currently working as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, College of Information and Communication Technologies (CoICT), University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). Her research interests lie in the field of machine learning, with a particular focus on natural language processing (NLP). Her recent work emphasizes natural language inference (NLI) in low-resource languages, particularly Swahili.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Dar es Salaam (2017), a Master of Engineering in Computer Science and Technology from Dalian Maritime University, China (2023), and a Master of Computer Science from Universitas Indonesia (2024).
